Kazka – The Black Ship

Kazka is a trippy and sometimes funny action comic, that without words, tells the story of a boy, who tries to reassemble his girlfriend after a spaceship accident. In The meanwhile last survivor of the ship’s crew tries to gain control over an abstract energy.

Borrowing styles from urban-art, there is also a mangaesque tendency within the action loaded spreads and landscapes.

Though there is a big referral to the story of Noah’s Arc an Orpheus & Eurydice, Kazka’s abstract, mythological images and the absence of words are an invitation for own interpretations.
